Quick Base is a low-code database and application development platform.  It lets teams work with a common data repository to build forms, create reports, set up workflows and automate processes. And its low-code capability enables non-developers, sometimes called “citizen developers,” to create applications without having to request time and attention from the IT department.

Human Resources Management with Quick Base

By Davin Wilfrid | Posted on January 14, 2014

Companies live or die on their ability to attract, hire, and manage an effective team of people. Effective human resources management requires a solution that can efficiently store critical employee data, plus enable workflows to keep the talent moving forward.

To support this new generation of consultants, Intuit Inc.’s (Nasdaq: INTU) QuickBase® today launched its new QuickBase Business Consultant Program. . . . . .

One reseller involved in the program, Cullen Coates, a management consultant and owner of Crystal Bay Solutions in Larkspur, Calif., said the program has been successful in expanding his business. "This is a real paradigm shift in the way applications can be created. It's a fundamental shift in empowering non-technical users. People who are business process experts all of a sudden can create applications." . . .
